This Privacy Policy describes how Kryovent S.A. ("Kryovent", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users who visit kryovent.com or interact with our contact channels.

By using our site, you accept the practices described in this document. If you do not agree, we recommend that you refrain from providing personal data through our forms.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Kryovent S.A., with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Piso 8, Oficina B, C1428ARN, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under N° 18.452.

2. What information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address and the content of the message when you use our contact form.

Identification data: full name.
Contact data: email address.
Content you share voluntarily in the message field.
Technical and usage data: browser type, approximate device and general navigation activity, only after you grant consent through our cookie banner.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you share exclusively to respond to your inquiries, provide information about our projects, and improve the content and functioning of our website.

To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
To send information about projects or updates when you have expressly requested it.
To analyze, in aggregate and anonymized form, how visitors interact with the site (only with analytics consent).
To measure and, where consented, personalize advertising shown through Google Ads.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on your consent, granted when you submit a form or interact with our cookie banner, and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, in accordance with Law N° 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its regulatory decree.

5. Data sharing with third parties

Kryovent does not sell personal data. We may share limited information with technology providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting or analytics providers) and, only with your consent, with Google for advertising measurement purposes under Google Consent Mode v2.

These providers act as data processors and are contractually and technically required to protect the information in accordance with applicable standards.

6. International data transfers

Some of our technology providers may process data on servers located outside Argentina. In these cases, we seek to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the requirements of Law N° 25.326.

7. Data retention

We retain the data collected through the contact form for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry and, subsequently, for a reasonable period in case a follow-up is required, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with Law N° 25.326, you have the right to access, rectify, update and, where applicable, request the deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain uses of your information.

Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), as the enforcement authority of Law N° 25.326, has the power to receive complaints and claims filed for breach of applicable regulations.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no system is completely infallible, and we recommend that you also take care in how you share sensitive information online.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
